ARAM TOURNAMENT RULES
CHEATING
SECTION 1: PLAYER INTEGRITY
- Players must uphold the rules and policies outlined in the Riot Summoner Code.
- If a participant has knowledge of a player or team involved in cheating, whether it is their own team or another team, it is expected of that participant to report the violation.
- Players or parties who knowingly involve themselves or their teammates in cheating will be suspended from the ARAM tournament indefinitely.
SECTION 2: ACCOUNT SHARING
- Players or parties found to be account sharing will be suspended from the league indefinitely and face further penalties at the discretion of the League of Legends at Boise State committee.
SECTION 3: ATTENDANCE
- Teams and players must be ready by the scheduled match time. If a player or team is late, they will incur penalties for the scheduled match.
- Readiness includes, but is not limited to, completed client patching, configuration of in-game settings, and completed runes and mastery pages.
- If a team is 15 minutes late, that team will lose one ban for the scheduled match.
- If a team is 20 minutes late, that team will lose two bans for the scheduled match.
- If a team is 25 minutes late, that team will lose all three bans for the scheduled match.
SECTION 4: MATCH RESTARTS AND PAUSES
- A scheduled match can not be restarted if any of the following conditions is met:A player has obtained a creep score greater than zero (0)A player has died to a player, turret, minion or monster
Game timer reaches two (2) minutes
- Players may only pause a match immediately following any of the events described:
Unintentional disconnection
Hardware or software malfunction
Player illness
- Teams may pause the game for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes over the course of a single game. Pausing beyond allowance time will be considered unfair play and penalties will be applied at the discretion of league officials.
Team must give a notice in all chat to opposing team prior to pausing/unpausing game.
SECTION 5: MATCH DISCONNECTS
- If a player(s) disconnects and is/are not able to reconnect within the 15 minute pause period, the match will resume without the disconnected player(s).
